Jesmin Husain, as Chief Operating Officer at Together is responsible for overseeing internal and external operations of together. In addition to manage operations, Jesmin is also strategically driving forward the overall business and company objectives and goals. Jesmin as a distinguished professional with leadership and operational expertise in program management, project engineering specialized in software engineering brings in a decisive, action-oriented and result focused professional organizational environment at Together. Prior to her arrival at Together, she served software companies in managing diversified projects within business critical information system, telecommunication networks, and production systems along with managing customer services from operational level for last eight years. Her proven ability to bridge technology and business goals to provide productive solutions represents the uniqueness of the specialized and expertise atmosphere at Together and she is focusing to make Together a big success in reaching its goal in the light of all these experiences. Jesmin graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).

Monoarul Hasan, as Chief Business Development Officer at Together provides the leadership and direction in business development planning and execution as it grows to become a leader in the area of internet based service innovation, development, delivery & hosting platform. Monoar oversees the business development units responsible for business planning, pre-sales and sales. In addition, he is also responsible to constantly improve the people connectivity and customer relationship. Monoar wanted to be an entrepreneur since he was 18. He is a young and successful entrepreneur who started first business in education sector while he was in first-year undergraduate student at BUET. He has 13+ years track record of entrepreneur ship and 8+ years experience in software industry and huge exposure & experience in internet based software development and business modeling. Prior starting his career at Together, he served several software companies in managing various projects and products for telecommunication industry and financial sector. Monoar secured 18th place in Dhaka Board from Mirzapur Cadet College and graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). His outstanding academic record and strong desire to business made him confident to dream greater achievement in business in this competitive market.

Being Chief Technology Officer, Zahangir Alam is responsible for guiding Together on technology. His vision is to make differences with others by directing on technology. His mission is to make innovation on product development, maintenance, support as well as building & leading the offshore development team. With his leadership and management expertise Together will achieve its invaluable targets in future. Zahangir has 6+ years experience in software industries. Zahangir has expertise in designing any scale solution comprising data, voice and video. Zahangir is equally comfortable in building complicated, large scale enterprise applications to tricky, complex hand held applications. He has vast experiences on communication technologies like SIP, TCP, HTTP, UDP, RTP, RTSP in different network topologies. Zahangir is a visionary architect and a natural mentor. With his leadership teams demonstrates outstanding productivity. He graduated in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).

Tanvir, as the Chief R&D Officer is playing this crucial role with Together. His brilliant academic career, passion for innovation as well as relevant technical expertise has brought him to lead the innovation team. He also has experience of managing large scale commercial projects. Tanvir along with his team is devoted to come up with new IT solutions with cutting-edge technologies from which mass people can be benefited. He also contributes in proposing and devising enhancements to existing solutions in order to meet the changing market requirements. Tanvir passed his SSC and HSC from Jhenidah Cadet College securing 6th and 4th positions in the combined merit list respectively. Later he completed his graduation in Computer Science & Engineering from Dhaka University.

Promee is providing leadership in the areas of marketing strategy and operations. With her unique challenge taking attitude, passion, high level of aptitude and people skill she drives the dynamics of Together's marketing effort to create spark in the market. Promee brings her unique knowledge and skill in the area of internet based service marketing. At the same time, she leads the effort in branding Together as a company and guides Together's various innovative campaigns. She has three years experience in software product business and has huge exposure & experience in working and dealing with world class brands and companies. Promee with her strong personality and zeal wants to present Together in the world market with its innovative services. Promee graduated in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
